Your privacy and the privacy of all registered users of the Legal Futures group of companies (collectively "Legal Futures") is important to us. Accordingly we have adopted the following privacy policy ("our policy").

In connection with your use of our site, you have the option to provide information in a number of different ways. As part of our site and recruitment and selection service we invite you to submit your resume to be stored with us. When you submit your resume we collect and store certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, e-mail address and contact details. All information provided by you enables Legal Futures to assist you in finding suitable employment opportunities. Through providing your personal information on this site or directly to Legal Futures, you confirm your willingness to engage Legal Futures to act confidentially on your behalf in its recruitment and selection service.

b. Use of information

The information submitted and collected will be used for the purposes of recruitment and selection as part of our service provided on your behalf. Other non-identifiable information may be used for the purposes of statistical analysis. We may also use your e-mail address to contact you directly regarding services or products that we believe may be of interest to you.

c. Disclosure of information

Our recruitment and selection service involves Legal Futures acting on your behalf and presenting your personal information to clients (potential employers) and our affiliates. We do not make any employment information available to potential employers without your consent. We do not sell or rent any information we collect as part of our services to any third party. Legal Futures may disclose personal data without choice or notification to fulfill certain legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Accuracy and duration of retention of Personal Data

It is important that the data provided by you are accurate and that you inform us if any information relating to your personal data requires updating. You may request your personal data be edited, amended or removed from our database at any time (subject to prior confirmation of identity). We will make any alteration to a candidate’s personal information as soon as it is personally conveyed to us by that candidate. For data requests please contact our Privacy Officer or Managing Director (contact details below). Subject to all other relevant legislation, your personal data will be held by Legal Futures, until you request its removal.

3. Data Security

We have applied industry standard security measures to protect your transmitted information but we cannot guarantee its complete security.

This site contains links to other sites, note that these links are given as a service only, unless specifically stated, Legal Futures is not affiliated to any of the sites or companies that it links to nor is it responsible for the content of such sites or the services that such companies provide.

5. Changes to this Policy

This policy may change from time to time and any substantive changes will be posted on this site.

We will work closely with the various Labour Law authorities and, in certain cases, other recruitment agencies to promptly resolve any complaints. Every complaint will be acknowledged and investigated and we aim to provide a formal decision or explanation within 30 days where possible.
