We offer focused executive search and headhunting services utilising our broad network to actively search for candidates who meet our clients' requirements. Alternatively, we can include open positions in our Asia-wide advertisements or in unique campaigns specifically tailored around individual client needs. In addition, Legal Futures can assist its clients in planning future staffing levels by advising on current market trends, candidate availability, skill levels and salary expectations.

We have a simple billing structure - for every candidate we place, we charge a fixed percentage of that person's first yearly salary, including any guaranteed cash amounts. For Japan, this percentage will be no higher than 40%. We also undertake retained searches, with or without dedicated advertising.
